1. Forms

To lodge a claim with Zebra Liquidators, complete the Claim Form with details of your claim, attach supporting documents, and submit it for review.

2. VOLUNTARY SEQUESTRATION PROCESS

The application for voluntary sequestration starts with the client/insolvent requesting the assistance of an Attorney to enable them to sign the necessary documents and collect the required copies of documents to draft the Court Application.   A Court date is issued, and the matter is heard on the said date.

3. COMPULSORY SEQUESTRATION PROCESS

The application for compulsory sequestration starts with an Attorney that is requested by an applicant (person or entity being owed funds) to apply for the compulsory liquidation.

4. Voluntary liquidation process

The application for voluntary liquidation starts with the client requesting the assistance of an Attorney to enable them to sign the necessary documents and collect the necessary copies of documents to be submitted to CIPRO.

5. APPLICATION FOR LIQUIDATION – (FORCED LIQUIDATION)

The application for liquidation starts with a client that is owed money requesting the assistance of an Attorney to enable them to sign the necessary documents and collect the necessary copies of documents to be submitted to Court for a Court date.

6. REHABILITATION

WHEN YOU CAN APPLY FOR A REHABILITATION:

AT ANY TIME – Only when all funds and assets has been received and collected.

If an offer of composition is made and accepted by three quarters of creditors in number and value, and after payment has been made or security given, or; If all creditors’ claims and sequestration costs are paid in full.
